I actually don’t have the know-how or the right kind of camera to capture lightning. I cheated. Took a video of the storm cloud, paused the video on my computer on the frame with the lightning, took a screen shot and cropped it, saved it back on my phone and ran it through a certain photo editing app. bwaha

Too bad. I know what you mean by being frustrated because you do not have the proper equipment for what you are supposed to do.
I hope that sometime in the future, you will be able to take a similar shot; this time, using a legit camera.
